Wait ... a pipeline from Osceola County to its Stanwood bottling facility? Doesn't Nestle keep promising the city of Evart, whose water the company buys at rates lower than residential customers (and sells as spring water, despite the fact that it comes from a municipal water system), that it's going to build a second bottling facility there? I wonder how this new pipeline speaks to the future of that.

The Department of Environmental Quality said the company's new well and plans for a pipeline that will be built beneath wetlands in Osceola County to its bottling plant in Stanwood will not harm streams or the wetlands.
