WM-AWMA, Thursday, September 18, 2008 Luncheon Program 

Dr. David Barnes, Professor of Geosciences at Western Michigan University, is a principal research scientist at the Michigan Geological Repository for Research and Education, and is the project director for the Michigan Basin Geological Carbon Storage Study in the Midwest Regional Carbon Sequestration Partnership.  Dr. Barnes will be discussing the Michigan basin carbon storage capacity and feasibility relative to stationary source carbon emissions potential.

Come join us for this helpful and informative luncheon program at the lovely Frederik Meijer Gardens.  This is a perfect time of year to explore the color of the Gardens.  They have the ?largest chrysanthemum display in the state. Inside and out, near and far, surrounding you at every turn ? we?re covered in shades that will dazzle and delight.?
