Macomb County (N of Detroit) Parks appears in danger of dissolving due to 
unresolved county-wide budget issues.

This seems like a real step backward, both for the quality of life and the 
economic future of Macomb County.  They have a lot of great natural 
features that need protection while that is still possible, so this is a 
big setback.  Surely, the people of Macomb can find better leadership.
