JEAN KLOCK PARK HEARING TODAY

Today's evidentiary hearing on the motion for a temporary restraining order in the Weiss v. Kempthorne case, brought by seven Benton Harbor/Benton Township residents to save Jean Klock Park, takes place this morning in Washington D.C. at the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia.

Five of the seven plaintiffs are in D.C. for the hearing, including two of the three people arrested last week for attempting to save some of the historic trees in the park.

Attorney Terry J. Lodge, of Toledo, Ohio, is representing the plaintiffs.
