Go Solar is a program which brings together interested home and business owners to make a collaborative purchase of solar electric and/or solar water heating systems. Participants reap valuable savings on materials, system design, and installation costs.
The Great Lakes Renewable Energy Association (GLREA) is pleased to present the successful Go Solar program in for a 2nd year in Oakland County. With Federal Energy Tax Incentives available in 2008, now is the time to start investing in solar!
A free seminar will be held to explain the program. GLREA staff will be on hand to answer questions about the program and application process. Tony D'Alecy, of Renewable Energy Solutions, will explain how each system works, as well as the costs and benefits of purchasing a solar energy system.
This event is sponsored by Oakland Community College Royal Oak/Southfield Campus, Ann Arbor Solar Cities, the United States Department of Energy
