It is very disappointing that this permit is being released the day before Thanksgiving and that the entire comment period
runs through a very busy holiday season including Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years. It is also disheartening that
the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality went ahead with this air permit comment period, despite a major ruling
