Lisa Jackson, newly appointed administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, is scheduled to present a keynote address. As the senior environmental official in the Obama cabinet, Ms. Jackson will discuss the Obama Administration’s policy agenda for the Great Lakes at the Commission’s Semiannual meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at 8:00 a.m. EST.
