Bill Wood of Purdue University, known in part for extensive research
on shoreline erosion and protection along the Lake Michigan shoreline
died suddenly of a heart attack early morning on Feb 6th.
The following message is from Guy Meadows (University of Michigan)
regarding some of the arrangements.
There will be a memorial service for Prof. Wood at 7:00 pm,
Monday
at the First United Methodist Church, 102 N. Chauncey Ave. in West
Lafayette, IN.
In liew of flowers, the family would prefer donations to a
scholarship fund being established in Bill's name. The Wood family
