Great Lakes Conference

A conference on TOXICS AND EXOTICS IN THE GREAT LAKES is being held at
the Kellogg Center, Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan on
Thursday, March 6, 1997 beginning at 9am. Topics will include: Status
and trends in xenobiotics in Great Lakes species; disappearing
amphibians, Great Lakes fisheries, round gobies, and exotic species
introduction through commercial shipping. The conference is free,
however, advanced registration is requested. Sponsored by MSU's
Department of Fisheries and Wildlife, Institute of Water Research (IWR),
and Michigan Sea Grant, as part of ANR Week at MSU. Contact: IWR at
