Training for Executive Directors

Calling all Executive Directors in the Great Lakes area . . .
Do you need to improve your Executive Director skills or do you know
someone else who does?  If so, check out the year-long in-depth training
program for executive directors offered by the Institute for Conservation
Leadership.

The Great Lakes Executive Director Development Program starts with a
five-day intensive training session that focuses on a variety of skills and
knowledge that executives must draw upon to perform well.  Throughout the
rest of the year, the program offers one-on-one consulting, peer support
and a concluding 3-day workshop for executive directors and their board
chairs.

The kick-off 5-day training session is scheduled for October 26 - 31, 1997.
