Seeking self-motivated team player for the development and maintenance
of GLIN. The individual will be responsible for maintaining content on
the
tourism and
economy pages in addition
to their future development based on an existing taxonomy.
He/she will be responsible for networking with regional
economic, business and tourism agencies and organizations to educate
them about GLIN and develop partnerships.
Other duties will include assisting the GLIN team with general site
maintenance and development of an education taxonomy. As part of site maintenance
responsibilities the candidate will be required to ensure functionality
and upkeep of the search functions, site statistics, link updates and related
tasks.
Ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, and be familiar
with web site development, information management, computer graphics design,
program development and grant writing.
Relevant degree and 2+ years experience, with economic development/education
