Smog last Wednesday

It turns out that Wednesday's smog was even worse than yesterday's

MDEQ AQD did NOT declare Wednesday an Ozone Action Day   (I
guess this is the smog-equivalent of the weatherman predicting
nice weather and then it rains).

The most polluted place in Michigan on Wednesday was along the 
northern Lake Michigan shoreline:
