GLTF FYI - Appropriations

     On July 23, the Senate passed an amendment to the Commerce, Justice, 
     State and Judiciary Appropriations bill which adds $3 million for the 
     Non-point Source pollution control program of the Coastal Zone 
     Management program of the Administration.
