Dear Colleague:

The attached files are Microsoft Word and WordPerfect versions of an
announcement for an international symposium on the use of geographic
information systems in fisheries science.  The meeting will take place
in Seattle, Washington, on March 2-4, 1999.  

Registration is due by October 15, so please be prompt.  Abstracts and
registration fees are due by December 15.  Information on how to
register is given in the attached files. 

Please feel free to distribute this message to anyone with an interest
in fisheries and GIS.
