Water Resources Education Project Director - League of Women Voters of
Pennsylvania Citizen Education Fund - The goal of the project is to improve
public policy relating to water resources by supporting community leadership
and increasing the capacity and participation of local citizens.  The
position entails managing a community-based mini-grant program, including
proposal
process, communications, monitoring and networking;  coordinating training
and leadership development meetings; fulfilling funder's financial
management and reporting requirements.  The position offers a flexible work
schedule, attractive stipend and requires ability to travel as needed.

Director of Education - Riverbend - This full-time position involves
managing all aspects of the education program including program development,
promotion, implementation and evaluation; recruiting, training supervision
and evaluation of staff; and program schedule development and maintenance.
The director of education would also be required to teach classes to
schools, organized groups and the public, manage the education budget and
produce regular reports covering various elements of the education program.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in education, environmental
sciences, biology or related field (a master's degree is preferred) and a
minimum of three years experience in outdoor based education or related
field.

Development Associate - Riverbend Environmental Education Center - This new
position involves managing Riverbend's successful fundraising efforts.
Working closely with the executive director, the development associate will
craft proposals for innovative programs and initiatives, provide stewardship
for existing donors and provide information and guidance for all fundraising
efforts.  Candidates should have a degree in English, Communications or
related field, excelent written and verbal communications skills and
demonstrated
ability to translate ideas onto paper.
