     bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal years 2000 and 2001 for the 
     Coast Guard, and for other purposes.  Mar 11, 99: Reported (Amended) by the 
     Committee on Transportation. H. Rept. 106-51. The House adopted the 
     amendment in the nature of a substitute as agreed to by the Committee of 
     the Whole House on the state of the Union. Passed by recorded vote: 424 - 7

     revenues from the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund. Referred to the Committee
