      A bill to amend the Clean Air Act to prohibit the listing of 
     liquefied petroleum gas under section 112(r) of that Act. Referred to

     amend section 211 of the Clean Air Act to prohibit the use of the fuel

     cosponsors.  A bill to amend the Clean Air Act to suspend the 
     application of certain motor vehicle fuel requirements in areas within 
     the State of California during certain periods in order to reduce the

     cosponsors.  A bill to authorize the Administrator of the 
     Environmental Protection Agency to make grants to State agencies with 
     responsibility for water source development for the purpose of 
     maximizing available water supply and protecting the environment

     amend the Safe Drinking Water Act to provide for parity between

     Protection Agency to establish a program under which States may be 
     certified to carry out voluntary environmental cleanup programs and to 
     amend CERCLA regarding the liability of landowners and prospective

     States to control the management of municipal solid waste generated

     subdivisions of States from civil liability with respect to the good 
     faith passage, implementation, and enforcement of flow control

     Coastal Conservation - Outer Continental Shelf

     governments, to amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act Amendments 
     of 1978, the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965, the Urban

     Restoration Act (commonly referred to as the Pittman-Robertson Act) to
