GLIN-folks!

     In July of 1998, staff from the House and Senate GLTF offices sat down
     together and hammered out a set of Great Lakes amendments for WRDA.
     The attached document lays out (side-by-side in table format) the
     House and Senate language which has developed from these GLTF
     requests.  Significant differences exist between the House and Senate
     versions.
