Hill Update from the Great Lakes Task Force - SC Allocations



     302(b) allocations indicate the apportioning of Federal $ among the 
     13  Appropriations subcommittees which determine discretionary 
     spending.  Most subcommittees will receive cuts below the FY 1999 
     level.
