     Lake Michigan: State of the Lake '99 will be happening in Muskegon, 
     Michigan on November 8-9, 1999. This two-day conference will focus on 
     Lake Michigan issues, policy, and research.  There will be 
     presentations by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NOAA/Great Lakes 
     Environmental Research Lab, Michigan Sea Grant, Michigan Office of 
     Great Lakes, Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, GLNPO, U.S. 
     EPA, Lake Michigan Federation, MSU Water Research Institute, and 
     others.
