Appropriations update (Select "Great Lakes" and "Congressional Updates").

        The House Appropriations subcommittee on Interior has marked up the 
Interior Appropriations bill.  The full committee markup is this morning (7/1) 
and any changes (none are anticipated) from the subcommittee numbers should be 
posted by tomorrow at the latest.
