include information for three main components: shoreline habitats, sensitive
biological resources, and human use resources.

Niagara River Toxics Management Plan: The 1999 Progress Report and Annual
Work Plan

actions that the Four Parties and individual agencies are taking or will
take to reduce the amount of toxic chemicals going into the Niagara River
from various sources, and to monitor progress.
