GLIN==> Waste Combustor Water Discharges

EPA has just published a final rule on wastewater discharges from
hazardous waste combustors.   Only total dissolved solids, pH and
toxic metals appear to be regulated.   No effluent limitations
or measurement requirements for toxic organic compounds appear
to be provided.   Many types of waste incinerators have also been
exempted, including "on site" waste incinerators that discharge to
larger wastewater treatment systems.
