Correction Re: GLIN==> water volume

Er, I think meant to say the Statistical Abstract number might not include the
non-Great Lakes (landmass only) portion of the U.S., v. the Quinn number.  Not
the other way around.  Oops.  Either way, that doesn't explain the difference in
the numbers, which, at 16,6% of the Abstract figure, is far too small to include
Canada (which is larger than the U.S.). The 597,705 number is, however,
suspiciously close to the 586,412 sq. mi. area of Alaska, which is part of the
continental U.S. (but not the contiguous U.S.).
