GLIN==> Engler/Harding-Michigan Loses in Federal Court

According to the Natural Resources Defense Council,
today's decision in Federal Court largely upholds
EPA's call for reductions in nitrogen dioxide from
power plants.

John Engler and MDEQ Director Russ Harding thus lose a round in their
battle on behalf of dirty old power plants in Michigan
and other midwest states. Too bad Jennifer Granholm
has to have them as their clients.

I'd suggest Attorneys David Hawkins or Raissa Griffin of the
Natural Resources Defense Council in Washington
DC for suggested press inquiries on this. NRDC was an
intervenor in this action.
