Lake Michigan Tributary Monitoring Project -- Final Workshop
Lake Michigan Monitoring Coordination Council -- Spring Meeting
April 10-11, 2000
Kellogg Biological Station Conference Center
Hickory Corners, MI
Agendas have been released for two meetings related to monitoring
coordination in the Lake Michigan basin. The Final Workshop of the Lake
Michigan Tributary Monitoring Project will be held on April 10, and the
Spring Meeting of the Lake Michigan Monitoring Coordination Council will be
held on April 11.
Both meetings will take place at the W. K. Kellogg Biological Station
Conference Center on Gull Lake in between Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, MI,
along with the Lake Michigan Forum meeting. The meetings are both open to
the public and agendas can be found below. Stakeholders in Lake Michigan
AOC watersheds may find these meetings useful. Both meetings will be
discussing issues relating to the collection, coordination, and use of
ecological monitoring data in the basin. The Tributary Monitoring Project
specifically focuses on monitoring AOC watersheds in the Lake Michigan
basin.
Those already registered for these meetings will receive further materials
in the mail early next week. Others who are interested should contact Ric
Lawson at the Great Lakes Commission (734-665-9135 or rlawson@glc.org) for
