GLIN-folks!

Last night the House agreed to the conference report on H.R. 4425, Military
Construction and Supplemental Appropriations (H. Rept. 106-710).  The Senate
approved the report this afternoon.  The Report includes $110 million for the
construction of a Great Lakes replacement icebreaker and $2.1 million for the
International Joint Commission's Lake Level Control Study.
