The Council of State Governments and the U.S. EPA are co-hosting a symposium
on coastal water monitoring issues in April 2001. The Great Lakes will be
included as a "coastal" waterbody.

The EMAP Coastal Symposium 2001 will be held at the Beachside Resort and
Conference Center in Pensacola, Florida on April 24-27, 2001.
