Lake Erie at the Millennium late registration

The earlybird deadline for registration for the Lake Erie Millennium Plan's
(LEMP) binational conference "Lake Erie in  the Millennium  - Progress and
New Issues" is Friday Feb. 16.  You can now register on-line at a secure
page.
(Abstracts for poster submissions are due Feb. 28).

Just added to the week's events:

 Discussion of Detroit River - Lake Erie issues will continue on Thursday
afternoon, March 29. The IJC's Council of Great Lakes Research Managers will
sponsor an open  workshop entitled, "Frameworks for Modelling Ecological
Change in the Detroit R. - Lake Erie Corridor"

A panel of speakers will address questions raised during the week's events.

All participants in the Lake Erie and Detroit River conferences are invited
to attend and take part in this forum.  Luncheon and refreshments will be
provided. Detailed information will appear at the LEMP web site and will be
mailed to all Millennium Conference registrants.
