This message is directed to anyone who has ever participated in any of the
RAPs:

As part of my doctoral research I am performing an online survey of RAP
participants. My research is looking specifically at issues related to
information sharing in the RAP planning process. I would like to invite
anyone who has participated in the RAP planning process in any way to assist
in this effort by taking the survey sometime before March 6, 2001. It takes
about 15-minutes to complete and can be reached by anyone who has access to
the internet.
