Climate Change and the Great Lakes:
What Are the Potential Impacts, and What Can We Do?
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the University of Michigan,
and the National Wildlife Federation are sponsoring a series of five
regional workshops in the coming months to:
* Inform concerned citizens in the Great Lakes region about the potential
impacts of global climate change on their lives and livelihoods, and
* Explore ways to engage interested stakeholders in efforts to address the
issue.
The first of these five workshops is "Great Lakes water levels" March 30,
2001; Chicago, IL
