NE-MW/GLTF Congressional updat:  The deadlines for House and Senate
appropriations is quickly approaching.  The Great Lakes Task Force is
circulating letters among the congressional delegation in support of many of the
Great Lakes programs .  If you have funding concerns about particular programs
and projects, now is the time to contact your House and Senate representatives.
