Call for articles:
I am preparing a special issue of LakeLinks, the semiannual newsletter of
The Legal Institute of The Great Lakes (LIGL) -University of Toledo College
of Law.  The Autumn/Winter 2001 issue is covering the topic of Energy and
the Great Lakes.  I need pro and con articles of 1000-1500 words on the
following issues:

Drilling under the Great Lakes

Building more oil refinery capacity

Building pipelines

Conserving electricity

Building:

Coal fired electric plants

Natural Gas electric plants

Nuclear power plants

Hydro plants

Alternative Power Plant Cooling Systems

Future energy use in the industrialized Great Lakes

Growing our own:

Bio-diesel

Ethanol
