I'm doing some research on drilling for gas on Lake Erie and would like to
find more about possible impacts on the environment and/or records of
incidents involving leaks, spills or accidents at gas wells/pipeliness in
Lake Erie. Also interested in sorting out the morass of bureaucracy that
sets and enforces the regulations for drilling on the Great Lakes.
