The Legal Institute of the Great Lakes and the University of Toledo, College
of Law invite you to attend a program entitled The National Water Crisis: A
Great Lakes Response at the College of Law in Toledo, Ohio on November 2,
2001 from 8:30 AM until 5:15 PM.  Speakers include Governor Robert Taft of
Ohio; Professor Robert Abrams,  Wayne State University College of Law; Hon.
Marcy Kaptur, United States Representative from Ohio; Professor Dan Tarlock,
Chicago-Kent College of Law; Senator George Voinovich of Ohio; Professor
Mark Squillace, University of Wyoming College of Law; Gerald E. Galloway,
Jr, Secretary U.S.Section of the IJC; Russel Van Herik, Executive Director,
The Great Lakes Protection Fund; Michael J. Donahue, President and CEO, the
Great Lakes Commission; and Senator Mike DeWine of Ohio.  There is no cost
for the program, but there is a charge for meals.  For further information
