Because of the Bush "recess appointment," I guess the U.S. Senate will 
never get to ask Dennis Schornack (as next chair of the International Joint 
Commission) what he thinks about great lakes oil drilling, great lakes 
water diversion, persistent and bioaccumulative airborne toxicants, public
warnings of fish contamination, etc. etc. etc.
