FYI, today's Milwaukee Journal Sentinel ran a front-page story on the
proposed bombing practice area in Wisconsin waters of Lake Michigan. It's

To quote the MJS, "few elected public officials at any level - federal,
state and local - had information about the matter."

Proposed changes to 33 CFR Part 334 were published in Federal Register Vol.
