Grant Proposals sought for Neotropical Migratory Birds 
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is accepting proposals for funding under
the Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act program (67, Fed. Reg. p.
77507, December 18). Projects eligible for funding can be for the protection
and management of neotropical migratory bird populations, maintenance,
restoration of their habitats, education and outreach, research and
monitoring, and law enforcement. Proposals are due by January 31, 2003. For
