I'd like to draw your attention to an opportunity to participate in a great 
workshop.  The 11th National Nonpoint Source Monitoring Workshop is 
intented to share information on the effectiveness of best management 
practices in improving water quality, effective monitoring techniques, and 
statistical analysis of watershed data. Michigan is hosting this year's 
workshop in Dearborn, September 8-11 and it will highlight the following 
topics;
    * Urban Stream Restoration<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = 
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
    * <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = 
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Nonpoint Source Modeling
    * Best Management Practices Tracking and MonitoringTechniques
    * Low Impact Development Approaches
    * Stream Buffers
    * Public Information and Education
The deadline for abstracts is April 4, 2003. The complete call for papers
