for the world, and temperatures during the past winter were above
average in parts of the United States. (5/6/03)

Collateral Benefit - Tanks and bombs on a military base in Wisconsin
create habitat for an endangered butterfly. (5/7/03)

Burning Desire - We've still got plenty of coal, but the environmental
cost of burning it might be too high. (5/8/03)

understand how marine mammals hear and how they're affected by
underwater noise. (5/9/03)
