Conference Overview
Come join us on June 17-18 in Port Huron to learn about and discuss the current and future state of Lake St. Clair! The conference will convene stakeholders from the Lake St. Clair community to review, assess and advance restoration and protection efforts for the lake and its watershed. Conference outcomes will inform development of a comprehensive management plan being prepared by a team of public agencies and stakeholders.

Who Should Attend
The conference is intended for resource managers, local officials, elected representatives, citizens’ organizations, business/industry representatives, local residents and the media with an interest in the Lake St. Clair watershed.

Registration and Additional Information
The conference registration fee is $50 U.S./$70 Can. This covers lunch on Tuesday, an evening reception, breaks, and all conference materials. Lodging
The conference is being held at the Thomas Edison Inn in Port Huron, Michigan. Overnight rooms for conference participants are available for the nights of June 16 and 17 at a rate of $65. To reserve a room contact the hotel toll free at 1-800-451-7991, or 810-984-8000 and ask for a room under the block reserved for the Great Lakes Commission. The reserved block will be released on May 17, after which rooms will be provided on a space-available basis.

The conference is funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and coordinated by the Great Lakes Commission. Other sponsors include the members of the Project Management Team for the Lake St. Clair/St. Clair River Comprehensive Management Plan.
