ONLINE WATERSHED MANAGEMENT COURSES
Developed jointly by Michigan State University’s Institute of Water Research
and the Department of Resource Development

Michigan State University is a national leader in providing education,
information and ongoing services to communities and individuals involved in
watershed planning. Drawing on the interdisciplinary strengths of MSU,
experts in natural resources, land, aquatic systems and land-use policy have
collaborated to create dynamic, informative, online courses to acquaint
professionals with the skills and issues for effective watershed management.

We invite all learners to join us to enhance their skills to meet the
ongoing challenges of resource management, by participating in these online
courses. These courses are appropriate for students as well as professionals
in the field of resource management and are delivered entirely over the
Internet, allowing you the flexibility to work on your own time and at your
