GREAT NEWS!!

For those of you who are interested in attending the Great Lakes Cities
Symposium in Cleveland, Ohio on October 2-4, but have not registered yet
or still need to reserve a hotel room, the Wyndham Hotel has agreed to
extend their deadline for reservations to September 8, 2003 at the
