GREAT LAKES FISHERY

The Great Lakes Fishery Commission on Thursday, April 15, will provide congressional staff with an overview of its mission and activities in the Great Lakes.  The Commission also will provide budget information.  The April 15 briefing will begin at 1:30 p.m. in 2318 Rayburn House Office Building.  Contact: Joy Mulinex with the Great Lakes Task Forces (202/224-1211).

 

 

BROWNFIELDS 2004
---------------------------- 

More than 4,000 participants are expected at Brownfields 2004: Gateway to Revitalization, September 20-22, 2004, at the America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri.  The conference brings together stakeholders from the private sector, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations for three days of educational sessions and networking on subjects including cleanup, financing, public policy, economic development, real estate, job training and creation, and health and safety.  Registration is free on line.
