Call for Posters: Illinois Water 2004

Students, scientists and professionals are invited to submit posters and/or
technical papers for presentation at Illinois Water 2004.  Desired topics
are listed below.  Other topics of importance to Illinois' Waters are also
welcome.

Bioterrorism, Security and Health

Climate Variability

Education and Outreach

Groundwater

Invasive Species

Nutrients

Stream Hydraulics and Sediment Transport

Total Maximum Daily Loads

Urban Stormwater Management

Watershed Management

Watershed Planning, Economics and Case Studies

Water Quality


Preference will be given to abstracts that show consideration for the
background context of the whole water cycle and, wherever possible,
integration (rather than separation) of atmospheric, surface, and
groundwater concerns.

Prizes will be given for the best student work.  Scholarships to attend are
available.

Applications are due by 5:00pm on May 19, 2004.  More information is
