Call for Sessions
Deadline: Sept. 17, 2004
The International Association for Great Lakes Research (
http://www.iaglr.org ) is pleased to announce its 48th Annual Conference to
be held May 23-27, 2005, at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor,
Michigan, USA. The conference theme is "Great Lakes Ecosystem Forecasting:
Improving Understanding and Prediction." Conference Co-Chairs are Tom
Johengen, Cooperative Institute for Limnology & Ecosystem Research -
University of Michigan, and Steve Brandt, Great Lakes Environmental Research
Laboratory - NOAA.
Proposals for organizing a scientific session at the conference are being
solicited from IAGLR members and the related research community. Deadline
for submitting a session topic is September 17, 2004. To propose a session,
please review the full Call for Sessions online at
http://www.iaglr.org/conference/2005/sessioncall.php and follow the link to
the session proposal form.
Chairs of selected sessions will be notified and provided with instructions
for organizing their sessions in late September 2004. The general Call for
Papers will be issued in October 2004.
