In today's Federal Register -- important notice...
EPA proposes formal exemption for herbicide/pesticide/FIFRA-regulated
agent applications to waters of the United States from discharge
permit requirements....Comments due by April 4, 2005
This has been a significant issue in Michigan. For convenience
