Canadian Environmental Law Association

GLIN Site of the MonthThe Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) is a non-profit, public interest organization. CELA uses existing laws to protect the environment and advocates for environmental law reforms. Whether it is toxic contamination, inadequate land use controls or misguided water export proposals, CELA advocates for prevention-oriented solutions to obtain long-term sustainability of finite resources. Extensive collections of materials on Great Lakes water quality and quantity issues are linked to the Water Sustainability and FAQs pages of CELA's web site.
