Great Lakes Regional Data Exchange Workshop: Land Cover / Land Use - April 27, 2005 The RDX Land Cover / Use workshop will take place on April 27, 2005, in Chicago, Illinois. The workshop is intended to explore collaborative opportunities for conducting consistent land use/cover mapping projects across the Great Lakes - St. Lawrence River region and means for enhanced exchange of these resources. Participants will be engaged in comparing and contrasting ongoing land use/cover mapping programs and their temporal gaps and inconsistencies. Emphasis will be placed on current international, national and agency standards for product development. Registration is free and includes breakfast and refreshments.
