GLIN==> New AOC "virtual library" web site

The Great Lakes Commission has developed a new web site that provides a
"virtual library" of information on the Great Lakes Areas of Concern (AOC)
program and associated Remedial Action Plans (RAP):
http://www.glc.org/rap/resources/.  The site was developed under a grant
from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Great Lakes National Program
Office.  Information will be updated and expanded as needed as the RAP
program evolves.  The site includes links to:
